As a local Realtor I hate to admit it but some of our current Condo Buildings are terrible investments.
If you are a first time buyer you naturally think you will be happy in your new home for years to come. Experience says that simply isn't true. Buy in the right Building and that is fine. But buy in the wrong building and you may stuck there for years.
