As a prospecting tool think of the advantage this mortgage program presents to our agents. When looking for buyers it is a great "door knocker" or "phone solicitation message" and it obviously makes a great advertisement.
It will drive more Clients to Sutton Members and more Clients means MORE MONEY.
One thing you can always rely on is the fact your clients want to save money. And these mortgages are available only if they buy a home through a Sutton Group agent who is a "Sutton Member Program" participant!
As a Listing tool it is equally effective. If listed with a Sutton Group Agent these mortgages become available to any qualified Buyer who buys that Listing, irrespective of who brings that Buyer. Thus, if listed with a member of the Sutton Member Program, that home becomes more affordable and/or the Buyer can afford to pay a higher price for that property. Now that is a great Listing Advantage!!
The savings are very real and the qualifying requirements for these mortgages are very reasonable. In fact, to date, the vast majority of those clients applying have qualified.
